HOW IT WORKS

The Lifting Room is mostly unstaffed and accessible 24/7 to members. 

Pay through our online system

Access codes are only generated and sent once payment has been made and between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00. The access codes are sent via SMS to your mobile phone.

We recommend to always pay for your membership the day before you wish to start.

Once your paid membership has expired your personal door access code will no longer work.

The Lifting Room is monitored 24/7 by CCTV and our mobile security team who check in regularly. We have many safety features to ensure our members are safe day and night. Read more about Gym Safety.

Suspected door access abuse is automatically monitored by CCTV. Anyone found to be abusing their access code will be banned from The Lifting Room. 

The Lifting Room is for everyone to enjoy and we expect our members to be respectful.
